Clean spacious with everything that you needed. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Reception will provide a kettle and cup if you ask them

The sheets and pillows were nice and plentiful. Lovely dining room, bar and elevator. Staff was kind and accommodating, parking in back as long as you can leave after 8am when the gate opens. Convenient to airport with free street parking also available.
No coffee maker or refrigerator in the room, although the staff gave me a kettle and instant coffee since I had to leave before breakfast was available!

Struttura moderna con tanta attenzione ai particolari. Facilissimo parcheggiare nel comodo cortile interno. Camera ampia e curata.

The staff were welcoming and the check in / check out process could all be done online so was very easy.
The room was bright and clean, the bed was large and comfortable which is all we really care about in a hotel.
It was well located for an event we were attending and easy to access the centre of Hamburg.
We found the hotel to be quiet as far as other residents, you can hear sirens on the main road which isn't a suprise as there's a hospital on the road behind the hotel.
It would have been great if there was somewhere to sit outside that wasn't part of the restaurant. There is no kettle in the room if you want a drink (we took our own)
The breakfast was limited, so I wouldn't want to eat it every morning but it was fresh and tasty on the odd morning we did eat it.
