B&B in luogo incantato, una finca ristrutturata magnificamente con giardino meraviglioso e camere che si affacciano sul patio. Colazione strepitosa con prodotti buonissimi. Letti fantastici, molto comodi e profumati. Un po' fuori dal centro, la posizione regala molta tranquillità.

Bagno un po' piccolo ma gestibile.

1, Although it’s quite far from Antigua central, it’s located in a very safe compound and very quiet. 2, The shower was great. Both hot water and cold water were very powerful. Draining was good. However, there’s a incident on 31 December evening. Both hot water and cold water suddenly stopped when I was having shower. my face was full of soap and my eyes were sore. I had to stood there for more than 5 minutes waiting for my husband, who’s getting the help from hotel receptionist. Fortunately, both water came back after they solved the problem.

1， The hotel overcharged customers. When I book this hotel on booking.com website, the price of this hotel’s room is in U.S. dollars only. I understand that it meant we need to pay US$ only. On 1 January morning, I was going to pay for the room, I fount that the hotel already took the money in GTQ after we checked in by using my credit card information I gave to Booking.com. The problem is that the hotel overcharged us with a exchange rate 0.2GTQ higher than the official rate. This room cost us US$146 per night., so the overcharged amount was not very small. The receptionist told me that they using their own exchange rate only. Although she agreed to refund me in the end, I think anyone who’s looking for a room in this hotel should pay attention to this issue. 2，Some room details appears on booking.com is not correct. I booked a room called Suite of US$120+26=US$146 for 31 December. I understand that it’s New Year’s eve and price must be high. However I was shocked when I saw this super simple room with 1 bed, 1 chair, 1 very small table and broken old bathtub. The room description said it’s 37 square meters. In reality, this room is less than 20M. I remember few people mentioned this issue in the review before. I wonder why Booking.com didn’t notice this and why the hotel didn’t honestly correct their misleading information.
