House Dado

I 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect. Whether you’re arriving or leaving, the bus stops right in front of the hotel, so you literally don’t have to walk with your luggage at all. There is also a beautiful internal trail that takes you to Entrance 2 of Plitvice Lakes National Park. Restaurants and a small market are just a few steps away. The owner is one of the kindest people I have met in all my travels around the world. He is incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel itself is modern, beautifully maintained, and absolutely spotless. Every detail, from the decoration to the room, has been carefully thought out. There are lovely balconies with comfortable chairs where you can relax after a day of hiking, as well as a covered outdoor area where you can have breakfast or enjoy a meal. It was truly a pleasure to stay here. Thank you for welcoming me with such warmth, for making me feel at home, and for making my stay so special. I’m very grateful and hope to come back one day!

Nothing, it was perfect!

The location is great for entering entrance 2 and getting the bus. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a couple of nights stay.

No aircon meant during the day the room was a little hot but did cool down overnight.

The host’s hospitality and the way he treated us. He was very kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

It actually took 40 minutes to get to the park entrance 2 by foot by following the advice of the facility person especially with some carryon luggage if going through the woods...
