The place is spacious and clean.
The villa is located on top of the hill and you have to walk up and down around 400 m to go to the beach. Our room with 3 beds was on first floor next to the road and it was very loud during the night and we had to close the door and window which made it really hot inside and we needed to turn on AC which is not very healthy especially during the night.
There is no breakfast available and the price alone for the room and it is not worth it because of the walking up and down-if you have more than one bag to carry to the beach you need to take the car, otherwise it’s burdensome.
The beach is nice, but it is quite ruined because of the multitude of boats which leave out fuel on the surface of the water and the smell is unbearable.
Parga has serious infrastructure issues with no parking available, a lot of cars and scooters trafficking constantly, even during the night. Most cars and scooters are old and the burnt gas smell is constant even while you eat because all restaurants/tavernas are next to the roads.

Great huge balcony on the top floor.
Staff is great and responsive. About everything we needed, they were in place in less then 10 minutes.
Parking is shaded. Place is under surveillance and safe.

Apartment is not 150m far from the beach as it stays in description. Only elevation could be 150m 😂

Free parking available and is close to Valtos beach.
Too expensive for what it offers. The bathroom was in really bad condition and in need of renovation. Everything inside was collapsing or ready to break. Wi-fi wasn't working for the whole week we stayed. The property entrance leads directly into the road which is quite risky if you are walking to the beach.

The property is very nice, our studio with kitchenette for 3 was specious with excellent view although it was ground floor and at booking we were not sure we can see the Sea. The coffee maker for espresso is to die for-proper Italian and it is high class illy, now we are looking to buy same make for home. There is always hot water and very clean and tidy as it was serviced every day and very discreet. Thank you Pelagos team of two wonderful ladies who made our vacation to want to come back.
I can only recommend to improve the WiFi.

Great accomodations! Well equipped with new facilities and a beautiful view from the patio, spacious and comfortable room.The coffee machine & complimentary coffee capsules each day was a really nice touch!
The wifi was poor. The access to the beach is a bit tricky for a few meters (for a couple with two kids) as it is on the uphill curve of a mai road leading to the beach.

Wake up every morning and have breakfast on the little balcony in front of the sea was incredible.
When night comes before going to bed you can look at the bay and all the lights from the boats at sea, the castle the places. Very romantic.

Pelagos was a great choice for us (couple with a small kid). Quiet and convenient location, comfortable and clean room, friendly hosts. I would recommend it without second thoughts.
The only downside was the wifi. It did not work in the room, just outside in the patio.

Exepcionally clean and quiet. Position is great for Valtos, i.e. Parga. Parking is provided and included in price. At the begining, we thought that the ground floor room will have not enough privacy, but it was not like that. It was completely OK.
It did not affect us too much, but if you have induction plate in the kitchen, avaliable dishes should be appropriate for it.
The range of the sprinkler for watering the grass in the yard should be decreased a little bit. (Table and chairs are a little wet in the morning, but it was not big deal).

The location is perfect and the place is perfectly clean. They clean every day and change the towels and every few days they change the sheets. It has everything you could need on a summer vacation. The view is beautiful and everything was just like in the pictures.

Ptretty good location, easy access to the beach and and the beaches in the area( Karavostasi only 20 min away). Walking distance to Parga but much quieter.

Excellent hotel! Good location, 10 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to the Old town Parga and the Fortress. Beautiful sea view from the terrace. The room was cleaned every day, the towels were changed every other day and the bed sheets - every third day. Espresso machine in the room with coffee capsules provided every day. There is a mosquito screen at the terrace door. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows.

As a first point, our absolute necessity was for the hotel to have parking. This was the main reason we chose this one but unfortunately the parking spaces aren't guaranteed. There are more apartments than parking lots so unless you are lucky you may end up with no parking as you can't reserve them. Finding a parking space in Parga is almost mission impossible.
The second point is that when we arrived one of the bed sheets and 3 towels were completely DIRTY. We called the contact person (probably the owner) and when we showed her the dirty sheets and towels not only SHE NEVER APOLOGIZED but it was more than obvious that she GOT PISSED. She brought us "clean" ones (in reality less dirty) and she didn't even bother to place the sheet on the bed, we had to do it! If you care at least about basic hygiene this is definitely NOT the place to stay. Moreover, on the last day, they changed half of the towels only ( we left them hanging the same way we did the previous days when all of them were changed to clean ones ). The toilet cover when we arrived was also dirty, while the floors our whole stay weren't cleaned as there were black long hair all over the floor and none of us has such.
Overall, the hotel has a great location since it is quite close to a nice beach and 10' walking from the city center (mind that it's uphill), the rooms are ok in terms of size, the wifi is poor BUT the extremely poor hygiene standards they maintain is a no.

I stayed at this hotel in July 2021. I can say that it is one of the most beautiful resorts in Greece. The area is very beautiful, the trip to the beach is short. The hotel staff is very welcoming. There is covered parking at site. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the city center. I will return to this hotel in the coming years. I recommend with confidence for a quiet stay in Parga
