The hotel had everything we needed and more. The staff was very attentive and thoughtful. The food was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and we had gorgeous views of Jostedal.

Excellent breakfast with so many choices. Packed lunch for hiking was available.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff who was attentive to every question we had and was happy to help with every request. The room was spacious and clean, nice view to the mountains. We had dinner and breakfast. Dinner was lovely local food, it took some time to receive it. Breakfast was standard.

The hotel itself is located deep into the mountains so the way there by car was quite exhausting. Other than hiking to the glaciers, there is not much to do in the area.

Location is near the glacier route.

I know that Norway is a bit pricey.

The staff is nice

We were a couple with 3 grown up children. The room was very small and uncomfortable. The mattresses are terrible and very soft. The bathdoom was uncomfortable and the shower's door was broken

this place was just wonderful! Recommended by Ice Troll to stay before our glacier excursions. The host and staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. We felt like we were at our aunts cabin in the mountains! Not only were the staff wonderful, it had a cozy feel to it. Overall great place. Stay here if your going to see the glaciers or hikes for at least a night or two!
