Lovely, friendly staff. Clean facilities, room had character and felt comfortable. Great friendly staff at breakfast and outdoor dining a great option.

La colazione era ottima, servita al tavolo (non a buffet) in un delizioso cortile interno, prevedeva la scelta tra dolce e salato; forse la marca del succo d'arancia andrebbe cambiata, perché non era all'altezza dell'eccellente qualità del resto della colazione. La struttura, pur non essendo vicina a nessuna attrazione, è in ottima posizione per spostarsi in tutte le direzioni: Cagliari, Quartu, Poetto, l'interno o la costa orientale verso Villasimius. Non è facilissimo trovare parcheggio, ma sulla Via Nazionale c'è frequente ricambio, e quindi presto un posto si trova.

Le serrature delle porte (antiche) e la gestione delle chiavi (appese dove altri potrebbero prenderle) non infonde un senso di totale sicurezza. In questo, la natura storica dell'edificio mostra dei limiti.

The room was great and the place is so beautiful but the best part is the service there. I really recommend getting the breakfast there. A special thanks to Emilio for making sure we had everything we needed and to Rita for making sure everything was always clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for the best place to stay, look no further!

Everything was amazing!

Breakfast was okay, nothing special and no variation on a daily basis. The staff were friendly but that was about it. Room was a big size and was cleaned daily as expected.

Views were not as expected. Staff though friendly majority didn't speak English. There was no 24/7 or general service or help from the hotel as expected. Theres no room service or anything beyond breakfast at the hotel as mentioned on the booking. The hot tub was a very old style which requires a lot of help to get started. The instructions weren't very clear. Walls were very thin.

What a beautiful hotel! Great location, really quite, and close to several restaurants. The courtesy of the staff is incredible, they wait for us and have a tour of the entire property even if they were supposed to leave 1 h before. The breakfast was really good and abundant

Absolutely nothing

The building and our room was beautiful, so much character and history - we had a large bath and stunning porcelain staircase and balcony in our room which added a real luxury touch. All beautifully done in keeping with the character, age and history of the building. The courtyard where breakfast is served is such a gorgeous setting too.

The two staff members serving breakfast are so rushed trying to see to everyone that it actually feels stressful, which clearly isn't the aim. This isn't the staffs fault - they're working with a poor system. Although it's a lovely idea to have table service for everyone, it's just not practical because you're left waiting. Also we noticed inconsistencies between what each table got and in what order - e..g the table next to us (who arrived after us) were immediately served with a whole platter of fruit while we got melon near the end of our breakfast despite asking. This entire problem could be resolved with a simple buffet, allowing people to choose their own breakfasts and have the staff just serve coffee and clear away. A side note - the orange juice is really not pleasant (sorry) it seems to be dehydrated orange juice powder with water added, which cheapens the experience.

The location is very beautiful with a unexpected nice and large garden were is the place for breakfast. Is a historic building and all decorations are to merge with building. Lot of plants and trees complete the garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately we been there during a wave of heat and there is no air conditioning.
