Reception had closed but saw us arrive so came back to show us our room. Very central location.

You have to request tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Well placed in a lovely village. Large family room simple but good value.

Access at night not so easy to find but staff helped very kindly.

We arrived at the hotel to be confronted with the neighbours fighting on the street. All 4 seemed to be very intoxicated (5pm Tues) I know this is not the hotels responsibility but not really a good look for the town. Facilities are limited No haidryer. Only half a roll of toilet paper for two people for one night. We ate in the restaurant which was quite busy. My husband received the wrong starter. He ordered lamb for mains. When the mains came out he was given scallops and told the lamb was finished. Had to then wait for an alternative as he doesn't eat scallops. Food was average but pricey. Would not stay again or recommend
