Super freundliches Personal, tolle Regelung mit den festen Stellplätzen in der Tiefgarage, schönes großes Zimmer mit Balkon und sogar mit Sonnenrollo
keine neuen Badehandtücher im Poolbereich, man war leider gezwungen die nassen Handtücher mit aufs Zimmer zu nehmen, damit sie am nächsten Tag vom Zimmerservice getauscht werden konnten, hier hätte ich mir eine andere Lösung gewünscht, da man mit den Handtüchern und den Bademänteln nicht genügend Platz hatte das alles gut zu trocknen

Very friendly and service-minded staff. The hotel is lovely, with excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of delicious options. There was also a great selection of tasteful dinner choices.
The management may want to consider hiring more friendly and welcoming staff with good English language skills.
Unfortunately, there were also a few guests whose behaviour was less than considerate. However, this is something that can happen anywhere and is not necessarily a reflection of the hotel itself.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, die Parkplätze sind ein bisschen wenig, sodass man besser kostenpflichtig in der Tiefgarage parkt. Die Zimmergröße ist okay und das Essen gut.
Der Wellnessbereich könnte etwas größer sein.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht!
Das Essen war auch gut und der Wellnessbereich überschaubar und ok!
Die Badezimmer sind ein no Go für mich! Dusche und Wc durch 1 Milchglas-Schiebetür zu verschließen. Wobei beim Wc leider eine Lücke von ca 3 cm offen bleibt. Für den Partner dann eher nicht so toll! Niemand möchte gesehen werden oder zusehen bei so intimen Geschäften!
