When they did the house keeping they turned aircon off which made room hot.

We stayed here for around a week and had a lovely time. We only booked for a few days initially, but we decided to extend after we arrived. Its super close to St Joseph's and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around the hotel. The hotel itself is in a lovely quiet side street, whilst still be very central. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were so helpful and friendly. We always had hot water and the housekeeping was good. Breakfast had several options and the reception team were so helpful. We left something there when we checked out and they were so helpful sending it to Malaysia for us. We didn't use the service, but the reception team can also arrange tours for you if needed.

The only reason I gave 9 instead of 10 is that there was some work being done when we were there, which meant there was a bit of banging during the afternoons. This wouldn't bother some people, but we have young kids who nap, so it affected their routine a bit.

We had a good time with this hotel. We booked 5 rooms and all were up to expectations. The weather in Hanoi was very hot during our stay, but the aircon worked very well, and the water pressure is strong. We requested the hotel manager, Mr. Dong, to help book the Ha Long Bay tours and airport transfers, and all these were done very well. Mr. Dong speaks English very well and were helpful when we asked for services, and even asked for places good for us to visit. The tour and all taxi services were on time.

St Joseph Cathedral is just a 30s walk from the hotel, so it's morning's bells rang at 5am, which is a little too early and disturbed our sleep, although we understand this is not the fault of the hotel. Try to book the back rooms if you are a light sleeper.

The staff were amazingly helpful and especially Dong helped us book EVERYTHING! He even helped us when we left the hotel to book and arrange our travels. Would recommend to everyone to stay here.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good wi-fi and super helpful and friendly staff.

The restaurant stopped making meals apart from breakfast since Covid so had to step out but everything was available close by. Also the breakfast buffet menu could be better.

We loved the central location close to everything! The staff were excellent and the breakfast very good.

Whilst it was great to be next to the Cathedral the bells do start to ring from 5am! We were in a back room and couldn’t hear them but went back and whilst the front room was much bigger it was more noisy. The bathrooms are a little tired and a can smell a little of drains.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The night guard checked us in and noticed we had an early check out, he proposed to make a breakfast to-go to allow us to sleep a bit longer. That's top-notch proactive thinking, awesome!

Staff were super helpful, spoke very good English and were excellent translators when I lost my phone in a Grab car and the driver didn't speak vietnamese. 🙃 The rooms were nice and super spacious. Thanks for a great stay!

The receptionist kindly agreed that we could leave our luggage at the hotel for storage a few days after our stay - I offered to pay but he wouldn't charge me - everything was good

1. Exceptional location.- They located very nearby St. Joseph Church and easily to go everywhere. 2. Less noisy. - We have stay for 3 nights in 4fl. here and had very good sleep. Even this place is located in the middle of everything, but fortunately the building around has no noisy place like bars or karaoke so it's pretty quite at night(compare to same price hotel around) 3. Bed and sheets are nice! 4. you can count on this place hot water system 5. Cleanliness and Breakfast is good 6. Staffs are very nice! They always offer help and everything.

Room is clean and spacious. We even have the view of the St Joseph Cathedral. AC is very cold and room is comfy. Location is close to famous eateries. Staffs are really gregarious and helpful at all times. They even helped to book an airport transfer at a cheaper cost.
