The bell in the square tolls all night which may be a consideration for light sleepers who prefer an open window at night.

Really friendly welcome and helpful proprietors. We had breakfast and dinner and both were great. Lovely view from balcony.

We liked it all, but if you are looking for a really spacious room or a fully modernised bathroom, then you might be a little disappointed. But the lovely traditional building on one of the village squares and the helpful attitude and prompt attention make the whole we experience great.

The owners and staff were exceptional! They make a great team. The accommodation is charming and has a nice relaxing atmosphere, it was spotlessly clean, and good value. The restaurant is delicious, with plenty of variety and an amazing chef, who you can see working hard through the windows to the kitchen. I believe it is always a good sign to see the locals eating at a restaurant! Breakfast is huge and good value! I was made to feel very welcome on arrival. The location is perfect, with lots of nice walks nearby. Parking is right in front of the hotel and is safe. I found the local people friendly and there is a nice atmosphere to the village. I enjoyed strolling around through the windy medival village after a good meal. Highly recommend!
