Great location! Many wonderful!! restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. Felt very safe. The apartment was really quite amazing with the rooftop terrace. Building and space both had lots of charm.
I could say that there was great communication with the hosts, but it was over the top. They want to meet you when you arrive and also be there when you depart. I received many texts about my time of arrival and time of departure. When you are traveling by air, it isn’t always possible to communicate and it’s not always possible to give a precise time.
When my departure time changed and was 15 to 30 minutes earlier than I had said, the host replied that it wasn’t convenient for him… which I felt uncomfortable about. Not to mention that I have never had a host be so adamant about meeting (for inspection) before departure.
In addition, for all of the great things about the apartment, there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the shower. We didn’t have a dish cloth or dish towel or even any kind of paper towels to clean up. We did receive some upon request.

Everything, excellen location, very friendly owner, all facilities in the appartement available , the location is clean and close to everything , metro, buses , supermarkets, resturants . I was more than happy to stay there.

If you are travelling with young kids, this place is THE place to stay! The outdoor rooftop patio was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and we were able to use a playpen and high chair. A few min walk to metro and easy walk to most main Gaudi sites.

Really enjoyed our stay.
Apartment is very well located, immaculately clean and well appointed - everything we needed for our stay.
The apartment is in a beautiful, older building with amenities and transport all on the doorstep.
A great place to explore Barcelona from.
Carles, who met us, was very welcoming and helpful even though we were later than expected.
Would absolutely return here when back in Barcelona.

Loved the area and the flat made us feel like locals in Barcelona. Many great food options in the area. Nice balcony.
A bit too many questions regarding our arrival time and I kept getting questions about when I was arriving during my day of travelling which was a bit stressful. I had already notified my arrival time twice.
Also, typical tourist flat features such as extremely uncomfortable pillows, no kitchen towel, slightly dirty kitchenware but overall everything was good for our needs.

the location was perfect, in the heart of Barcelona and easy location to commute via public transport or cheap cabs everywhere. the balcony was outstanding having breakfast and coffees while enjoying the sunshine

Absolutely brilliant customer service from day 1. The staff were so helpful, and even offered to arrange a taxi for our large group. Gorgeous apartments. I will definitely return and stay there again.

The Host was amazing as our train from Madrid was 4 hrs late - he waited around till we arrived even though it delayed his own plans - he kept in contact with us all afternoon.
The location was great, close to metro and other attractions within walkable distance such as Casa Mila.
The sun terrace was great and we used it a couple of afternoons and also to dry all our washing!
The entrance hall to the apartment was beautiful.
The apartment did have everything you needed to stay for a few days.
The apartment was much smaller than we anticipated for a 2 bedroom. There was also no air con unit in the small room which meant to cool the room you had to leave the door to the lounge open - not ideal when room is being used by a 14 year old.
We did feel that the apartment was a little expensive compared to others we have stayed in given the size.
3 adult sized humans in the apartment made it fee a little cramped.

The place had the greatest location and the beds were super comfortable. The apartment was super spacious and in an old style which I loved. We were there with 3 kids and everything was great. The apartment seems to be used only for renting out but still there was oil, salt and the basic things you need in a kitchen. The location is really perfect as we literally walked everywhere with 3 kids and a buggy. Gustavo the person who dealt with the payment and communication was super patient and nice even when I sent million of questions. Also getting the keys was easy as Carles was really flexible on meeting slots.
Overall a great experience and would gladly come back to the place!

The location was very good.
The apartment was dirty. There was toothpaste of the previous guests still in the sink. The beds were very uncomfortable. There was no Wifi in the front part of the apartment. A lot of street noise during the night and in the morning.
