Abbiamo soggiornato qui per il cammino Rota Vicentina. Si trova vicino al mini market. La camera spaziosa e dotata di un bollitore d’acqua

That it was the only one avay
Its way too overpriced, the rooms are very dirty and the beds are super uncomfortable. Definitely not recommendable to anyone

- Cheap
- Pretty much clean, not perfect but ok for a basic room
- Paid for a room with a terrace and got a room without a terrace or balcony, just a window
- Didn’t see any staff at check in or check out, a cleaner gave me my room key and then at checkout I couldn’t find anyone so just ended up leaving my key on my bed, very hands off approach
- A little yappy dog in the garden that barked NONE STOP. I love dogs, in fact I’m a dog sitter, and I saw this in other reviews and thought they were overreacting, but this dog is SO annoying barking all evening and straight back to it in the morning.

Loved the location and the atmosphere

+ Really great contact with the owner, Ms. Telma Pacheco, she answers to chat in booking app almost instantly.
+ She allowed us to arrive and check in a lot faster since we walked all day on foot.
+ She was really kind, also recommend us few places to eat (it was good food - Portuguese) great person, really nice handwriting thank you again :-)
+ Room had fridge (small one, it freezes everything)
+ There was small bathtube
+ There was balcony
+ Close to the shop and restaurants and city centre
+ There was TV (havent watch it - like only 8 channels in Portuguese
+ Clean towels
+ Clean bathroom
+ Peace and quiet
+ There was an option to have breakfast - didnt try it as we left very early
+ Microwave in the hall
Suggestion to improve (for better experience and higher standard)
- the Wifi had really low range - barely usable
- electric kettle on a table would be great to have some tea im the morning
- there was an old closet - really dusty inside
- there was no handle attached in bathtub, I almost fel of it while taking a shower
- the blanket or throw that was on the bed was't washed for a some time
- people im room next to us (number 8) were smoking all the time. Might instal smoke detectors to prevent it

The property was in a prime location . 40 min walking from the beach .
The booking was a total disaster. I had to pay extra for the room I booked. There was spider and spider nets all over the room . Even spider on the bed . The floor was not cleaned also.

We loved our room, and the balcony, and the view was awesome, over the farmlands.

Good value for money and all clean
Due to a misunderstanding the person at the reception wasn’t able to let us in and do the check-in on time, which of course isn’t a problem but what really annoyed us was that she didn’t tell us when she will arrive and we had to wait 3 hours without notice (after texting and trying to reach her via phone) until 00:30 at night.
That was a real shame as the accommodation itself was not too bad and good value for money.

The location was wonderful and there was parking available. The bed and bathroom were clean.
Anyone would expect more for 92€. The place should never charge more than 50€ per night.
It's a family managed place and the owner has little experience.
There is a family dog that barks a lot and there is too much noise because the building is outdated and the rooms are not sound proof.
We had to turn off the fridge because it was too noisy.
Some lights were not working.

Beautiful room with a balcony. Very nice view of the valley. Nicely located in the town. Central. I loved having a balcony, just nice to sit and look at the view. Receptionist was very helpful in telling me where to pick up the bus for the next leg of the journey. I liked this room a lot. Had a great dinner in this also

It gets a bit cold at night, no heating. But host will give you as much blankets as you want.i

We slept in the hospedaria after hiking te fishermans trail. The check-in went smoothly. And the host helped us find a bus to Faro for the next day. We could only leave in the evening, because it was a sunday. Because of that we could leave our bags in the hospedaria during the day, and we went for a dayhike. The room was good enough. We had a little fridge and a balcony. The bed was so good after a long day of hiking. The place is near to the center, so it's a perfect spot to stay.

Cute hospedaria, clean, friendly, well located. The room is small but has an awesome balcony, bed is super confy, quiet.
Just stayed one night on a long distance hike and would come again.

They have a barking dog issue - a dog in the property below the balconies. Had to get up several times in night to whistle and yell to get the dog to stop. Could not take a nap when I got there because of the excessive non-stop barking.

There was no one there for the check in when we arrived, but after a phone call it was taken care of.
We didn't like the room, it was very small, the bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom didn't look very clean. The location was great but it was very loud during the night.

Check in was smooth.
Extremely overpriced, for the quality of the facilities. Shower was broken, walls are paper thin, so you could hear all the noises from the other rooms.

Nothing was nice
The lady running the hotel is a crook.
Avoid the place and this woman at all costs.
Had a booking dispute and lost.
Booking.com was completely useless and did not do anything delegating all the decisions to the hotel. For them it was probably obvious since they already taken their commission from hotel charges.
