Great location, the most incredible staff, solid breakfast, the restaurant was good, and the building itself had a nice heritage feel
The room I had was right where the stairs met the 1st floor landing, and a lot of guests would stand and talk there - even at 6 am. The noise really echoed into the room. It would be great for those rooms positioned at the top of a landing to have a door sweep/foam block to prevent some of the noise coming in.

Staff are very friendly and attentive.
This is nothing to do with hotel.
Do NOT travel to Fort Kochi if you are a single woman.
You will be harassed, chased, and followed by Tuk Tuk drivers.
Stepping out of hotel on your own is dangerous.
Stray dogs and drivers will harass you constantly.
It is also Filthy.
Such a shame, I left early and went back to Bangkok. Safe and clean.
