We liked the convenience of the location, the size of the apartment and the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable. All the mattresses were uneven and we were all sinking in the middle of the mattress. We could even feel the slats of the bed on our backs. Additionally, pillows were incredibly hard. we have requested softer pillows to the management, but they brought us another two pillows that were the same exact hard pillows we had on the apartment. The comforter/blankets were dirty and smelled bad. The shower heads were horrible to wash. The shower heads cannot be adjusted and the water was not warm at the end of our stay. The shower chord from one of the bathrooms broke down and we could not use this shower during the last 3 nights of our stay even though we reported the problem right away. Having only one shower for 6 people was horrible. We were disappointed that the management could have easily solved this problem just by switching the shower chord. But nothing was done. The apartment is not for light sleepers. it can be very noisy. Some of the kitchen dishes were filthy dirty. The middle bathroom smelled like pee, but we think this was coming from the plumbing.

We loved our return trip to sitges, after 4 years the apartment is everything we remember it to be, spotlessly clean, everything you need, relaxed check in and lovely people. Set in a lively back street of sitges it's only a 5 minute walk from the beach and a perfect balcony to sit on and watch the world go by. Thank you for a fantastic 10 days, we will be back soon 😊

Perfect location and very comfortable place. Amazing host! It's not easy to find a great place where you can stay with your dog. This place met all our expectations!

The mattress was too soft for my back and I experienced some difficulties sleeping.

This was the third time that we have stayed at a Hill Carbonell apartment in this excellent location. Carrer Espalter is within minutes of station, buses, restaurants, shopping and beach. The staff (the office is on the ground floor of the same block) are very welcoming, helpful and efficient.
