The room was not cleaned for my 2days stay and the bed spread was not changed as well and that was very bad

Friendly and helpful staff. I forgot an ítem in my room. I called and they found it and l made arrangements for a pick up. The wifi was comparably good.
There were no bulbs in the 2 night stands on the sides of the bed. They have a tv set with only ONE working channel. The bar stocks no local liquor products only imported liquor and local beers.

Everything is poor, the room is poor and the advert is misleading. The air condition does not work and there is a linkage in the room. The staff is very disrespectful.
