Everything, it was spot on for our every need. It instantaneously felt like home, especially with the little front garden, the ample space inside & outside (safe car park & bicycle storage in the back). For me, the proximity to green nature for my morning walks was most precious. Also, it was a lovely and swift bike ride to the city centre, alongside the canal.

Location was great. Near the shops in Summertown. Owner communicated well. Private parking was a real bonus. We plan to return!

~5 mins walk to the Summertown shops, supermarket, restaurants. Bus stations are right next to the house. On-site parking. Flat itself is very good, spacious, clean and in excellent condition. Kitchen is relatively new and equipped with all the appliances and kitchenware that I needed. Bed is comfortable. Very nice bathroom amenities (shampoo, hand/body wash) provided and I love these.

I really loved this flat. The only minor thing to be aware of is that the assigned parking space is at the very end of the parking area, right next to a wall, so maneuvering in and out can be a little tricky, especially if you have a larger car. That said, it wasn't an issue for us because the space next to ours happened to be empty throughout our stay. Also noted that it's on Woodstock Rd, so traffic can be a little busy/noisy in the morning or during rush hours, but I actually like it (and it didn't bother me at all since the bedroom is in the very back of the flat). The closet drawers and shoe horn (which I needed) were a little dusty.

Really well equipped, great location, with really thoughtful messages from the host to make it clear about checking in as well as navigating the local area.
