Nice B&B in a historical artistic house. Our room was pretty spacious and had everything we needed

It was such a welcoming and comfortable experience. Paul and Patricia went above and beyond to make sure our time in Antwerp was relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you get a chance to stay!

Extremely spacious room with a living area, an extremely comfortable bed and nice shower/toilet area. Decorations were nice, the owners are extremely friendly and the location is perfect for a walking holiday. The property is beautiful and very nicely maintained.

It is not a B&B.
It is a welcoming house with that familiar touch that immediately puts you at ease!
A wonderful building from the mid-1800s, with original architecture, with refined furnishings, objects and souvenirs of the owners' travels that give character to all the rooms. But the greatest value are Patricia and Paul, the owners, who after a hot cup of coffee welcomed us and told us a little about Antwerp.
Something special? Sunday morning waking up to the sound of the piano, fantastic.

The hosts Paul and Patricia were very friendly and helpful and we recieved a very warm welcome on arrival. We stayed in the studio on the top floor which was superb. Bed was comfortable, the decor was lovely, great shower and we had everything we needed for a really relaxing 3 night stay.
This is a beautiful property about 15 minutes walk from the station on a nice quiet street.
I would really recommend staying here and we will stay again without a doubt.

Superb hosts. Paul greeted us on arrival with a map and offered suggestions of places to visit / overview of different areas of the city. It was really useful and helped us get the bets out of the trip. The apartment had lots of character, a cool loft vibe and was ideal for us as family of 4.
We travelled by train and was only a 10-15 minute walk with cases and kids from the station. It was a great location for us to head out in the day to explore the city (the same distance back to the train station then onwards into the heart of the city) and then a 30 minute walk to the Sportpalais for concerts on both nights of our stay.
Smell of smoke in the property but not a major issue. It was the only negative aspect about the stay. A lot of stairs to the top room. Absolutely fine for us and Paul offered us help with the cases.

the owners are extremely helpful with local insights and tips about the city. the room we stayed in (called black room) was really spacious with seating area and very nicely decorated with books about Antwerp and tea/coffee making options
the location is slightly outside of the city sights that you may want to visit: ca 20 min walk but very convenient to reach from the train station.

Beautiful house & very spacy, beautiful & perfectly equipped room; great breakfast; perfect hosts - very friendly & helpful, easy going but reliable. We felt very much at home and were sad to leave!
If the house was slightly closer to the ancient city center, the Schelde and the southern part of Antwerp city center it would be phantastic. You can still walk there, though, but I would recommend for your visit to rent a bike at ´Cyclant` at the Central station (only a six-minutes-walk away; very good bicycles there and very friendly, helpful staff; reasonable prices)

We absolutely loved the charm of the old building. The rooms are spotless clean, beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated.
Bathroom was very spacious and modern.
Hosts are very helpful and gave us a brief visitors guide with great advices and suggestions right at the beginning.
Some reviews mention the bad soundproofing and not so nice neighborhood. We didn’t find either that bad and it had no impact whatsoever on our stay. Also the street was not busy at all.
We were also very happy to be able to park our car in the private garage for the duration of our stay.

Very friendly and helpful owners who provided us with detailed information about Antwerp as soon as we arrived. Our room was very extremely spacious, the bathroom was clean, and the internet/wifi connection was good. Large, comfortable bed and nice tall windows. There is a laundromat right around the corner for any travelers on a longer trip who may need to wash their clothes. Would definitely consider booking here again if we find ourselves in Antwerp again in the future.

What a place ! An enormous comfortable studio with a huge bed at the top of this beautifully restored town house less than 10 minutes from the Central Station. So well located for exploring the Meir, Diamant and Zurenborg districts on foot but with excellent public transport as well. Our lovely hosts Patricia and Paul shared their love of Antwerp with a wealth of tips and suggestions on where to explore. Try and find time to visit Middelheim Park. This was a memorable setting for our Valentine's weekend in this brilliant city packed with cultural treasures and a great vibe.

The room was very spacious, there was a nice seating. Nice old building with good atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helps you explaining the city. The temperature in the room was adjustable and it was nice and warm. There was also a kettle and a coffee machine in the room.
The location did not quite meet our expectations. The streets were noisy and lots of street youth hanging in the streets. Nevertheless, it was conveniently located from the city centre. The breakfast was 15 EUR, which for us was a little expensive, so we did not make use of it.

This B&B was stunning, my fiancee and I will definitely come back.
The design was just perfect, the vibe was some kind of Indian style all around with items such as baggage and art effect in the room reminding India.
