Really lovely house that was prefect for our group of 12. Full kitchen, hot tub and fire pit and lots of comfy couches and a nice big dining table made the stay really comfortable. The only thing we didn't love was the there was construction happening literally right outside the windows. It wasn't a huge issue, and not something that really impacted out stay, but good to be aware of for anyone considering.

This was the perfect place to stay for our big family! Tons of room to play inside and outside. Close to the beach and tons of extra things for us to use like towels, chairs and wagons! Sooooo great will be coming back

Enjoyed our stay w/ extended family. Plenty of room to relax at this property - both inside and out. Proximity to beach access can't be beat. Loved walking to Whistle Stop cafe every morning. Great amenities in home - plentiful towels, kitchen items, etc. Had everything that we needed.

This is a great home to create memories in. The home provides a variety of amenities for the beach & at the house for families to spend time together. Everything is as pictured online. Found that all of the previous reviews for the home were also very accurate for a great stay. Great home for all ages and plenty of space to spread out for large families. Owner is very responsive for anything you need and the S'more bar exceeded our expectations! Thank you for a great place to make family memories!

This house and separate cottage was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities to make our Thanksgiving stay lovely in Union Pier! Our host, Tim, gifted us a thoughtful basket of food products that are special/local to Michigan. We used the hot tub daily, made cozy fires both inside and outside, took daily walks by the lake/beach, and even saw the sunset. We sipped lattes at the coffee shop around the corner from the property, and drove a short distance for some shopping. The home had all the kitchen items to prep our Thanksgiving meal. Many special memories were made! We loved our time in Union Pier! Thanks, Tim!

We gathered 4 couples for a weekend away in Union Pier, MI. This property was excellent! Everything was clean, and there was plenty of space to gather inside and outside. When we had questions, the owners were easy to contact via text during the weekend and very kind in their responses. The beach was so close with allowed easy access. The neighborhood was quiet in the fall, which was so nice. We will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed here with a large group of all ages and it was a wonderful house. The outdoor space is perfect and the extra house gave our group the additional space needed. Highly recommend staying here.

The house is beautiful. It truly had everything we needed. Great location to the beach and restaurants. Tim was awesome to work with. Our group declared this to be the best house we have ever rented. We cannot wait to go back.

We were looking for a rental to support our extended family if nine for a nice weekend. We found exactly what were looking for. It was very clean, well stocked w bath towels, toiletries and full kitchen accessories. We were also treated to a welcome pack of goodies to satisfy our sweet tooth which was a very nice touch. I would highly recommend this location.

I have never been so impressed with a property, down to every detail.
Tim, the owner/manager was so communicative and kind! Upon entering the home, there was a s'more bar set up for us, that we used at the fire pit that night (he even had firewood ready for us to use!) There were towels, beach chairs, floats, a wagon, pack n plays... he has everything.
Not to mention the LOCATION. You can walk to the market/coffee shops and it is a 1 minute walk to the beach, about 3 houses down.
There were 10 adults and 5 babies, enough room for everyone to stay/sleep and lounge around and play. We cannot wait to come back and stay next year!!

We loved our trip! The location was perfect and having the coach house was ideal for the little ones. Tim was great to work with and incredibly responsive. An unexpected surprise was all the amenities and extras that were available for us to use if needed. Thank you!

For a large family, this was a beautiful home with 4 bedrooms and a 2 bedroom cottage out back with a kitchen. We enjoyed the whirlpool hot tub and making smores around the fire pit. Then enjoyed the friendly walk 3 houses down to the sandy trail leading to the beach. Fun, relaxing, and memories made.

This property is conveniently located to all of our favorite spots in Harbor Country--especially the beach. Lots of room for family dinners and an hour around the campfire after watching the sun go down at the beach. The house had all the utensils and dishes we needed. Also well stocked with supplies. The kids ran wild at night chasing fireflies. Tim is great!

A spacious, clean, well-appointed house and cottage with all the amenities for the perfect lakeside vacation.
The owner is right there and ready to help with anything, and the beach ( probably the best around) is a hop, skip and a jump away.

Union Pier Family Gathering
We had a great stay. The large open living room/ dining room in the main house was great for our large gatherings while the cottage house was a great place for one family to sleep and spend their mornings. The large lot and play set was great for the kids to run around and get their exercise when they were not at the beach. We used the gas grill for a few dinners and the fire pit for smores. Great location near the public beach and close the good restaurants and pizza. Owner was very helpful and responsive. We would go back to these units if we head up that way again for a family get-together.

Family Vacation
The house was steps from the beach and walkable to nice shops. A huge plus was being able to bring our dog! Tim's communication was excellent. We had a minor hiccup, but Tim went above and beyond to resolve the issue which was much appreciated.

Perfect yard and beach location
We had an excellent stay at this property. The location is just a 2 min walk to a large beach, and the large yard / coach house were a perfect addition for keeping kids entertained when not at the beach.

Fantastic Cozy Weekend Home
Our group had such a great time at Tim's house. It was well stocked, super clean, cozy and a great location. Tim went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed for our weekend. He is extremely kind, accessible and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our weekend away. We hope to rent Tim's house again in the future for sure!

The open floor layout allowed us all to be together and the owner was very responsive with any questions or needs that we had! He was extremely helpful when some medications and items were accidentally left at to cottage and he helped us get the items back and even mailed them all the way to Texas. Given it was winter and cold outside, the one challenge was having to have some of us walk over to the cottage to sleep, and with limited power and outlet use at the cottage, it was hard to use something needing electricity without another item going out, but if the weather was better, it would not have been an issue.
Definitely recommend and would return in the future!

New Family tradition
We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The house and cottage were perfect for our family and it was the most relaxing Thanksgiving ever. The kids enjoyed the swing set and we loved having a fire going in the house for the holiday. Tim was great with communication and answering questions. He even bought some new games for the house when I told him we had some younger children coming!! Even though it was cold we still walked down to the beach a few times! We will be back for sure!

We absolutely loved our time spent on this property! The manager/owner was very communicative and super friendly. The property itself was clean and had all sorts of fun activities for the whole family. Great location just a short walk to the beach as well. We only wish we were there longer!
