The location is really great few minutes walk to public transport and across the road from parks. Located on the same street are some pubs restaurants and a convince shop which we where able to leave our luggage for a small cost after checkout till late in the afternoon (our flight back home was at 21:00).
The keeping of the place , it can do with a few litres of paint and serious DIY job.

The location was excellent.
Although the flat was shabby, everything worked. My main observation was that with such a little financial input it would be so much better, for instance the mattress was awful. A new sink unit too
