Very cool property. Cave was very cosy and setting was lovely. Nice touch with some wine in fridge and freshly ground coffee.

Everything very nice lovely view and quiet

Down a number of steps bit of a climb up

The sunset view is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and beautiful. However, there are several important things to know before booking.

To reach the hotel, you need to walk down many very steep steps, so bringing large luggage is strongly not recommended. A carry-on suitcase or backpack is the most practical option. If you have mobility issues, certain health conditions, or are traveling with elderly guests, you may want to reconsider whether this property is suitable. There is no staff regularly available onsite except for the housekeeper. If you need help carrying luggage, you will need to ask for the assistant with additional cost. The hotel only provides one small bottle of water in the room for the entire stay, so you will need to buy and carry additional water yourself. The Wi-Fi signal is also quite poor and unreliable. For luggage storage after check-out, the hotel only allows it until 2 PM, when the housekeeper leaves. Since the roads around the area are mostly rocky and uneven, it is very difficult to carry large luggage to Fira, so plan your transportation and timing carefully.
