Superior customer service. Went out of the way to meet me at the train station and make sure all my paperwork was ready for my trip to Machu Picchu. Good location, convenient to railroad station and not far from Machu Picchu bus.
Only thing i can think of was could have used some heat in the bathroom.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The location is nice, just in front of the beach. The restaurant offers good seafood.
I would suggest to include fresh fruits for breakfast.

-good location, just a step from Órganos main square (it’s easy to take a moto taxi if you prefer)
-The beach in front is quiet and “desert” most of the time.
-the breakfast is poor and monotonous (had the exact same thing during the 4 days: 1 egg, 2 breads, coffee and fruit juice)
-the cleaning is not good (they don’t use vacuum so the room is very dusty) also, we used the very same linen during our whole stay.

The hotel is in front of the sea and has a pool
No lunch or dinner service on Mondays and very few restaurant options around if you want to have a meal outside the hotel (Although this is more specific to Organos district) . When we ate out, we tried leaving early and coming back before it got dark because the area has very little light and no pavement. Ideally, you would take a moto taxi on the way back but sometimes we couldn’t find one near the restaurants.
Please note, we went there in November which is off season so maybe its different in other months
We were also unlucky because there was a bird flu so there were lots of dead pelicans across the beach and we couldn’t swim in the sea. Luckily, the hotel has a pool.

Peaceful and quiet location, direct beach access, excellent barman and cook on site, incredibly helpful and friendly staff that give you excellent advice to make the most of your trip, the hammock at the door of each room was a nice plus

This hotel located on the quiet side of Los Organos, what we loved. You walk up to the beach from the terrace. All the people that working here are simply amazing, superkind! The breakfast is simple but okay. Swimmingpool small but refreshing. Seats outside are very nice. Room is light, clean and spacious. We only found the bed a little to small as we are European and bigger then most Peruvian 😉 We would definitely come back. Loved our time here.
The beds have good matrasses but a little too small for tall European.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, 100% dedicated!! They helped with everything, cleaned all the time, made great cocktails and took wonderful care of us. We had with their help no worry in the world. And they know a very good driver to take you to and from Talara. The location close to the beach was excellent as well, and you don't really have to worry about coming back at night, we felt very safe in Los Organos.
I don't have anything big to complain about, even when there was something the boys took care of it. So I highly recommend it! What I didn't like were the online comments of other people, that I read about the dog!! Maia is the cutest, tamest dog there is!

There were ants in my room, but its south America. If you dont like ants maybe go to vegas or something, lol

Location is great. Amazing view. Wifi was exceptional (I was able to conduct some video calls).
Better water pressure and hot water would be cool, but that's a really big ask for this part of Peru.

My room was lovely and spacious.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had the best time here, I even extended my stay because I didn’t want to leave!

Maya the hotel dog is absolutely adorable and I loved her company whilst I sunbathed and had drinks at the bar

Loved the location of the hotel - a little away from all the crowded beaches and tourists! At night you hear the sound of the waves - so relaxing!

One person of the staff spoke English - he was incredibly kind and helped us out a lot - thank you!
It would have been nice to have a little more privacy in the room cause from the room/balcony you are also looking down at the hotel pool/bar where other guest hang out during the day time.
Breakfast/Food options were a little dissapointing for us - nothing healthy - no fruit/veggies, only meat/fish options for dinner and white bread with eggs for breakfast.

Location with direct access to the beach.
Quiet and pleasant place.
Administrator was a good support and very collaborative.
Breakfast late served (8:30 am - 10:00 am) and attendant too slow, took time to get the breakfast.
Towels were not provided after 2 days.
Low quantity and low quality of the food were not synchronized with their high prices.

The owner was great and treated us well. It has a nice feel to the place and an good economical option near Punta Velera's. The breakfast met our expectations and we would return if we were back in Organos
The dog and bell from the entrance door were a bit noisy at time but was not a major issue.

Beach was perfect, dogs in the place were awesome and nice to us, the room was beautiful, clean and fresh. Workers were very nice. The town if humble and full with good people, nice and helpful.
Even thou they were very polite and professional, there were times when you had to go get them to ask them for something at the bar. The tv in the room did not work and it was the most expensive room in the place. Small pool for so many guest rooms. Small plates, overpriced.

Ocean is very close, the place is very clean, the staff is kind (but they don't speak english), no party places around so it was relatively quite
Breakfast is the same every day and not much, there is construction work around the place (there was trash around the hotel territory)
