Great location near the bus station, a little ways away from the bustling caldera so was quiet at night, but still within walking distance of the food and shopping. Staff were extremely helpful and nice.
Nothing really.

The host was so lovely and made our stay very comfortable. The suite was very close to the main town but still a short walk away from the noise. It was very clean and comfortable!

We liked that Anna was great with communication and recommendations. Location was fantastic with everything close by and in the heart of the action. We had a lovely balcony to enjoy the morning and evenings
Bathroom was a bit tight but no problems once you got used to it

Anna was friendly and kind, gave cookies. Very clean and tidy room good size.
I had the room on street by office so outdoor patio not private.
It was noisy, unfortunately could hear everything through walls from other guests, not alot of sleep. Anna has offered to put me in a room upstairs if I come again. Wifi cuts out alot too.
