COMFORTABLE, TRANQUIL, HOUSE ON RIVER TEIFI LARGE GARDEN, CENTRAL, FREE PARKING

Una deliziosa villetta cittadina familiare nella parte medievale della storica Cardigan. Il grande giardino recintato di 50 'ha una vista sul fiume e terrapieno, fornendo una posizione tranquilla, con un posto barca e scivolo a pochi metri del casolare. Una nuova cucina installata a giugno 2019 con tutte le nuove applicazioni.
Anche un nuovo patio con giardino. Per quanto riguarda gli animali domestici, un piccolo cane è il benvenuto. Sei belle spiagge tra cui Mwnt, Tresaith, Llangrannog e Poppit Sands sono a breve distanza.
Il cottage è a pochi passi da tutti i servizi della città tra cui The Welsh Wildlife Centre e Theatre Mwldan che mostrano film e spettacoli dal vivo.
Assolutamente da vedere, il castello di Cardigan ospita il primo Eisteddfod nel 1176 - il festival gallese di letteratura, musica e performance.
Godetevi gite in barca a Cardigan Island per avvistare i delfini e le foche, oltre a un campo da golf a 18 buche a Gwbert. Parcheggio gratuito per 2 auto. La città di Cardigan offre ristoranti, caffè, negozi, supermercati, centro turistico e municipio con arti e mestieri.

We had a wonderful holiday here! The property was incredibly comfortable, exceptionally clean, peaceful and the location couldn't be better. Being right next to the river and within easy walking distance of town was a huge bonus—it saved us so much time and spared us from paying high car parking costs. Check-in was a breeze thanks to a super friendly and helpful neighbour, Sarah who handed over the keys. It’s a fantastic, family-friendly spot. We would absolutely book this property again!

We had a lovely time in this charming house in Cardigan.The house was spacious,comfortable,plenty of parking & in a quiet convenient location.We enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend. Thanks to Susie & neighbour Sarah for all your help & we would look forward to returning one day.

Great accommodation - lovely house, lovely enclosed garden with views onto river right in the centre of Cardigan AND with parking for 2 cars - a real find! Thank you Susie for a great stay.

The Cottage was advertised as having 2 Bathrooms , a Dryer, a King size bed in the 2 nd bedroom upstairs. The Cottage only has 1 Bathroom with a toilet upstairs, No Dryer - a clothes horse , the bed is a Double. It is spacious in an excellent location. The kitchen is fairly new as is the Bathroom unfortunately this was let down by the cleanliness of the place. On the surface it did look clean but there were thick cobwebs/dirt everywhere & crumbs & dead flies under the microwave. There was a musty smell. The light shades over the island in the kitchen were particularly dirty . The side /top of the Freezer was very dirty . The Cooker Hood was thick with dirt . We did speak to the Owner who did send in the cleaner but she didn’t clean thoroughly This did spoil our holiday we were there for 2 wks, in the end I did some cleaning . But pulling all the hairs from the bath plug hole & finding a dirty sock & used tissues under the beds was the final straw we left early. I did speak to the Owner who apologised etc but didn’t offer any refund, we did pay a lot of money to stay here . I believe we are still waiting for a breakages refund ?
