Lots of included amenities (e.g., coffee and tea, drinks in fridge, slippers, yukata); arranged a vegan breakfast for us and drove us to the station after check out; we could speak with staff in English and Japanese. Multiple baths to use. Amazing collection of art pieces throughout the complex and great view of the river from our room.
Can’t think of anything to fault really
