Location, everything within walking distance
Friendly owner.
Large apartment with everything you may need. Fridge, microwave etc.
The entrance passage is dire and quite intimidating upon arrival.
The noise, even with the shutters fully closed, some evenings the noise was insane from the street outside. It really can impact the comfort of your stay.
Check in and check out could have been smoother. If check out stays up to 10am, and was told to message when I had left, I didn’t expect the owner to try and enter the flat within that time while I was in the bathroom, before I had messaged to say I had left. I then felt rushed to leave.
