Budget hotel, with OK facilities, my bed was on the hard side and bedroom overlooked a well lit car park. Breakfast was good and you had to order the individual parts (no buffet) Staff were friendly. It is a bit out of the way and you need to walk to get to the main street, the bridge and the southern part of the town.
When we came to pay, although all the documentation was in Euro's, we were required to pay in Serbian Dinars. When we asked why, we received a Serbian nationalist lecture. The hotel, was Serbian, the staff were Serbian, Kosovo was an EU colonist construction. The receptionist was proud she does not mix with anyone outside her Serbian community and never goes south of the Bridge. It was a shock that someone so young had such hard-line views.

Really comfortable bed

Clean however decor dated and mismatched ( we didn't mind)

Hotel North City was a great place to stay. I had a long trip--14 days. The room was very spacious and comfortableI liked that it is connected to a great local restaurant, with a great menue of Serbian food. The breakfast was very good, as were the dinners--I ate their a couple of nights. Also, the location is very close to Mitrovica North coffee sops, and a short walk to the bridge. All very good.
