Fruit & Spice Wellness Resort Zanzibar

The staff were very friendly to me that's super important. Great dinner by the pool Pools were nic.

We had a butler but if you used him it was $10 each time, we had all inclusive VIP we booked this room with jacuzzi and pool so we didn't have to leave the room paid A LOT extra. If you had to walk from one side of the resort to the other everytime you wanted a glass of wine or pay the Butler to get it. All inclusive and butler service is no different from room service doesn't mean it's included, it's not what you think it means misleading. We decided to down grade to a normal room and paid for drinks and food it worked out cheaper. We just didn't have a spa. The TV is just for show, it only ran commercials all day lol. For the one day, the power went out, the toilet didn't work, we couldn't get ready, so we were late for dinner most of the food was gone, because of the time it took for 2 guys to repair the toilet. Basically we just slept in the bed. Bathroom facilities at the main pool the toilet seat was broken , toilet didn't flush. Things were old. We had a good time, I had found memories from 4 years ago when I stayed there. Things have changed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Anniversary Stay We had an absolutely amazing stay at Fruit & Spice Wellness Resort Zanzibar. We chose it for our anniversary because we wanted somewhere quiet, intimate and surrounded by nature. The staff were impeccable, especially our butler Mohammed and both managers (Ajay & Shams), who personally took care of anything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble — from hot jacuzzis, stone massages and private beach dinners to preparing food for us on request that wasn’t even on the menu. A beautiful, peaceful and clean resort with exceptional service. We absolutely loved our time here and would definitely return. 10/10! ❤️

Posizione e struttura stupenda

Siamo arrivati e senza dirci niente non ci hanno assegnato la camera selezionata, ma in altra. Siccome quei giorni c’erano pochi ospiti pretendevano che mangiassimo in camera… Colazione e cena compresa nel prezzo era misera. I vari ristoranti menzionati sul sito chiusi. Camera carina ma per andare in mare non c’è accesso diretto davanti alla camera. La spiaggia era molto sporca e come scusa ci hanno riferito che era bassa stagione ! Siamo andati via 2 giorni prima senza pretendere alcun rimborso. Ma non si fa così, dovevano avvertire che i servizi erano dimezzati. Pisviba con acqua sporchissima. Non torneremo.
