It a decent hotel, near busy road.
Cafeteria is OK.
Hard working staff.
Unfortunately, since the hotel is understaffed, and there is no dedicated personnel working at the reception, just the same (extremely busy) personnel from the cafeteria, it took more than 20 min for the check-in and about 15 min for the check-out.
We booked one twin and one double room, but got initially two double rooms - only after additional request one of the double rooms was changed for the twin room.
The smell of cigarettes in the room where my kids stayed.

Very friendly and helpful staff, however their English is very poor. When i found out that the minibar was not working they replaced asap.
The breakfast is really poor. The pictures of the breakfast buffet on Booking.com should be removed as there is no buffet at all, so misleading. You can order some toast/croissant with coffee and juice, that's it. And the bed..... hard as a rock. Internet is slow and signal is weak.

The only one good thing was, the room.
The telephone service from the room was not working.
At this period of time, poor standard of restaurant hygene.
Unfortunately, I couldnt find anyboady who speaks English, neither in the reception nor at the restuarant, that made my stay uncomfortable. A foreginer must be aware about this part.

nice location. Good rooms and clean
HOTEL 4 STARS WITH NO HOT WATER. 2 DAYS IN THE WINTER TAKING BATH WITH COLD WATER. AFTER 19.30 THERE IS NO HOT WATER. VERY BAD!
