This is a very nicely remodeled house really close to everything. Plenty of room for us. It was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. Very comfortable and quiet. Has a nice yard, although it was winter, so we didn’t enjoy the hammock or the patio this trip. Really liked it.

Home was impeccable and so comfortable! We had 2 English Bulldogs with us and they enjoyed the backyard and local park. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need, bedrooms spacious and bathrooms easy to move around in. Dining area and livingroom were wonderful. We fell in love with the gas burning stove! Highly recommend if you stay in Spokane area. It is close to downtown; but not too close, alot of nice restaurants in the area as well as grocery stores.

We loved our stay the Blue Bungalow. Cozy home with all the amenities that we could have wanted. We met the hosts, Hilary and Loren. They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed in their home. They truly are premier hosts that provide a five star experience. Highly recommended.

A long, happy weekend was spent by family in the Blue Bungalow in Spokane, Wash. The home was well-stocked, clean, cozy, comfortable, and a pleasure to stay in --whether the skies were blue or cloudy. I highly recommend this home.

The house was super cute and clean, lots of light and large yard. Living room has big comfy sofa-lots of seating. Neighborhood quiet but ended up being a little longer drive to the college than we though. 17-20min. Host very easy to work with and even mailed me my left behind ear buds! Only downside I mention for those with back issues-the master bedroom mattress was way too soft and not supportive enough for me and my bad back. My husband was fine with it but I slept in the other room the second night.

Not only was this house exactly like the listing description, it was better. Beautifully decorated, yet very comfortable. Everything was set up to make you feel at home—from the TV being on a classical music station to greet me as I walked through the front door, to having lamps turned on in various rooms. The kitchen was well equipped, as were the bathrooms and laundry area. And there's a beautiful gas fireplace on a timer in the living room that added to the homey feel.
This is also a perfect place to stay if you have a dog. My dog is my constant travel companion so I'm very organized in terms of bringing her bed, etc. But if you forget any of those items, Hilary has got you covered because the house was stocked with all of them. And there's a grassy, full-fenced backyard.
Overall, I can't say enough good things about this house. It was very a very peaceful stay and the area was pin-drop silent.

In town for a wedding, we debated a hotel with a pool for the kids vs this bungalow. Several times throughout our weekend, I remarked "I am so glad we're not at a hotel!" This charming home was perfect for our family and dollar for dollar nearly the exact same price as a single room as the hotel. We all slept so much better and had space to relax. The well-equipped kitchen made whipping up breakfast a snap, plus coffee and tea was provided. When I found my 10-yr old reading in the hammock in the backyard, I knew it was a 5-star stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The property appeared as described and had everything we needed. It was one of the better properties in our experience with vrbo. We loved the hammock and enjoyed eating meals and playing cards on the covered patio. The host Hilary was great and very helpful. She obviously knows what's she's doing. We would stay there again.

This cute home is tucked away in the South Hill neighborhood of Spokane, nicely away from the hustle & bustle of downtown. Peaceful & quiet, this lovely spot was the perfect respite from the car challenges that befell my trip. Hilary was fantastic in helping me when a little flexibility was needed and I’d stay in any of her homes again!
If it’s important to you, the car port height is lower than most built today so small cars only. The driveway allows you to park at the front door with any vehicle though so this wasn’t an issue for me. The neighborhood is quiet & established, about 10 minutes to downtown. Beds and seating are comfortable, and the dog treats & welcome items were very appreciated by my pup!

We stayed here for a visit with family. The house was clean. Beds are extremely comfortable. We liked that the bedrooms were separated so there was some privacy. The kitchen is open to the living and dining area which made it easier to spend time with family. Due to the weather, we didn't use the outdoor area but the yard was cute and it had a nice side patio. It is close to downtown and neighborhood is quiet. The master shower was a little tight for my husband but there are two bathrooms. Hilary was an amazing host. Will definitely be back. On a side note: Highly recommend Sweet Dreams cupcakes and special order cakes.

Four adults and a pup stayed 3 nights. The kitchen was well appointed. We cooked meals every day. The Keurig and drip coffee maker Wed both nice to have.
The beds were very comfortable. Fenced backyard was great for our pup, along with dog dishes, towels, treats and a blanket all provided.
Check in and checkout was quick.
I appreciated the detailed instructions.
We loved the place and hope to return soon.

hilary went above and beyond and made everything easy for renting this stay. it was the coziest place i’ve stayed at and me and my boyfriend enjoyed our time so much and wished we could have stayed longer. i highly recommend booking a stay here it’s the perfect coziest stay!!

We both were saddened to think we only were staying one night. The whole place was so inviting and we wished we had time to enjoy it all. Everything was well designed and decorated. Our only "problem" was that we both wanted to sit near the fire and there was only one comfy moveable chair to pull close for a fireside chat. We had to take turns being cozy right by the hearth. Not a big problem since we were there such a short time. I want to come back sometime soon and stay for a couple of days. The bed was heavenly!

No curb appeal, but that doesn't matter because the remodel inside is great. Lots of little touches that show that the owner is thinking about the guest experience. Loved the back yard adirondack chairs, and the hammock hideaway was really well done. Good AC. Extremely clean.

My daughter and I stayed at the Blue Bungalow in August, 2022. We really enjoyed our time there. Hilary is an outstanding host who is very attentive to her guests' needs, her house is very clean, and it is well stocked, including the kitchen, with anything you may need during your visit. The beds are comfortable. We really appreciated the heat pump cooling system during the hot weather too. Good neighborhood with quiet neighbors. Overall an excellent experience and great place to stay in Spokane. We would stay there again.

We had a great visit from the Dakota’s. My older step children were able to hang out with us and everyone was able to have space around the dinner table. It was a great location on the south hill just blocks from anything we could need.

Beautiful, comfortable home away from home
Well decorated, had all we needed, excellent communication with the host, worked well for us and our Cavalier King Charles. We loved being able to use the washer and dryer after having spent a week at a guest ranch!

Graduation Get away
This property is spotless, and very welcoming. Plenty of room for 4 adults and two small dogs- the backyard was perfect for them. We loved the decor, very contemporary and updated. We really appreciated how our dogs were welcomed with a treats, elevated food/water dish, and a blanket they got to take home. We will definitely make this our go to place when we visit Spokane again. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Quick Spokane Getaway.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very family friendly and in a great location. The house was very nice and well kept and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. It was like home away from home.

Such a cute and comfortable place. Well appointed with everything from kitchen essentials to dog bowls, bed, bones and blanket for our pooch. Great walking neighborhood with lovely park 2 blocks away. Quiet street and lovely yard. Furnishings were comfortable and very pretty. Place was spotlessly clean!
