Room was not clean. Smaller then expected. We did not get the room we booked. Booking ad was not clear. Raymond Blue and Raymond hotel... We booked Raymond Blue but were put up in Raymond Hotel. They are side by side, I feel like they over booked. Location is loud, rooms are noisy, not sound proof, you hear EVERYTHING, even if there's music in the lobby. Staff was nice but the rooms were dirty. We cleaned the floor and bathroom ourselves- towels were dirty and there was open soap in our room. Bed was ok, but noisy, pillows were horribly firm. Room safe questionable. We left the Do Not Disturb on our door the entire stay as they certainly do not know how to clean probably. Worst so far in all our trips to Istanbul.

Excellent location, nice breakfast, lot of facilities available, helpful staff.

The rooms are so full of things that there is no space left to move around. It’s downtown Istanbul so the limited space is understandable but unpractical as well. They also have some of the dirtiest hotel rooms I’ve ever seen (don’t look under the bed!). Also the baby cot was full of food crumbles, sand and oil spots. Only after asking 5 times and waiting 3 nights, we got a clean one. Finally, don’t take the breakfast coffee but instead go to the café in front of the hotel and have a delicious coffee to start your day.

Location was perfect for a huge city with many many attractions. Breakfast was buffet style with a wide variety and good quality providing for us, sufficient food until dinner in the evening.

.it wasn’t clean as on the pictures we crossed some cockroach in the room and we asked to change , and they r weren’t surprised when showed them the picture .half day without electricity and elevator not working , strange for a hotel not to have a group working personally won’t return there

It is a terrible hotel, small rooms, terrible smell of sewage and food in the rooms. There is another window next to the window (we used to drink coffee from window to window). The price is very high compared to the hotel. My advice would be don't go here and don't be fooled by the photos

- The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mevlid. Wonderful guy, his hospitality was second to none. - The location was perfect for sight seeing. Equally placed between the markets and the two mosques. Mamaray and tram stations are around the corner. A good base to have when exploring Istanbul. - The breakfast was amazing. Huge variety of food and great service from the catering staff. Good seating and tables. If you stay for more than one night, the kitchen staff will change the main hot dishes every day do give variety in case you might get tired of eating the same foods. 07:30-11:00. - The room was very clean. Everything was working, the shower pressure was good. We had a TV, fridge, kettle with coffee and tea, and toiletries. The bed was comfortable. - The hotel is easy to access. It has 24 hour staff available. There is a lift. - Great value for what you pay for.

- The pillows were a bit hard but can be switched for soft ones. - Some upkeep was needed aesthetically. Although Raymond hotel blue is still being renovated. - There is a loud music playing and noise from the bar which doesn't stop until midnight or 1am which may mean your sleep is distriburbed. The walls are thin. - Shower was slightly small in ground floor room.

Very central, the staff is super nice, speaking English, supported us with any need. Breakfast is abundant with a wide choice of food, the room was cleaned and functional. Highly suggested, very good value for money.

The wifi connection was present but a but tricky to get. Our room was facing a wall, but you can pay extra to get a room with a better view, so maybe will do so next time.

cleaning is not up to the mark. room floor are made of tiles and look like it is hardly mop as routine. shower also had an issue.

The hotel is in a great location. All the main attractions and tram station are very close. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Although the room and bathroom were clean and the towels were fresh, I was disturbed by old stains and holes in towels.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The building was fully wheelchair accessible (the elevators are a bit narrow but most wheelchairs will fit diagonally at worst). During the first night we went there, it was around 2am. Despite the late time, the staff members went to extreme lengths to help us, they even found an open food shop nearby and came with us to show us the way. Excellent experience.
