The staff were accommodating and kind. They allowed us to check-in early and, at one, point even volunteered to hail a taxi for us.

Some of the furniture in our room already saw the good times. The cabinet was sort of spooky.

Food quality in in-house resto vis-a-vis pricing. We can tell actual cost of food servings and their prices are rather high for the volume and quality we end up getting. For instance, pancit bihon is at P290 with a plateful of bihon and basic veggies plus 4 thin strips of bagnet about an inch each, Vigan longganisa breakfast if priced in the same vicinity with 2 pieces the size of a pinky finger, 1 egg, atchara and rice. Their Vigan longganisa pasta is also on the pricey side for the volume one gets, Plating/presentation is good and even fancy but you do not have the feeling of getting value for money,
