The staff were friendly. Check in and check out were dealt with efficiently. The rooms were spacious and cleaned regularly. Across the street from the beach and close to lots of restaurants.

The hotel is located in a safe area with a few good restaurants nearby and the beach ( very clean and not crowded) was literally across the road. We loved the Italian restaurant nearby called Fratelli.
One member of staff stood out to me and that was one of the bell hops who was so helpful and got things sorted for us immediately. His name is Kaua and he is to be congratulated on his service.
The restaurant- we only had breakfast once as we hadn’t included it in our package. The buffet was ok but the room was so dark with no natural light.
I would also say the checking in process was protracted and cumbersome. I felt there was a duplication of the information required particularly after a very long flight.
