Lovely place in Chinandega, it is at the center very close to the churches and the central park. There is also a nice plaza right accross the street with a lovely coffee to get some breakfast or pastery!. The hotel itself is very charming and the staff is warmth and kind helping us checked-in very promptly!
Thank you so much
Minor inconvinience there was no water in the city (not the hotel fault) on arrival but that is really rare, they went beyond expectation and handle the issue within the hour.

Location is perfect, the staff is very friendly
The uncleanliness, I left the room and expected clean and what I found instead when I came back was a cockroach in the muffle of the room. The bed was semi-fixed. It seemed like all they did was to change the towels and empty the trash can and nothing else. I am very disappointed.
