Location. It is about 1 minute from the main street. The hostess's kindness is a plus. The air conditioning works fine for the summer.
The bed is not so comfortable.

accomodation in the old town of Dubrovnik so you could easily visit the town direct from your room.
Nice breakfast just around the corner.
access with heavy luggage is not ideal if you are dropped at the nearest town gate by your taxi driver. Another entrance would have been easier so you could limit the number of stairs to take.

Super great location. Super great host. Fausta gave us all the information we need, from attractions, public transpo, restaus, shop, beaches, etc. We got everything we needed in the room.
None. The property is ancient located in an ancient old city which gives a total package experience.
