Nulla

superb location, with wonderful views in three directions, very comfortable and rather firm bed (which for us was a big plus), spacious, simple, but well outfitted apartment, everything necessary for self-catering if you wish, very helpful and friendly owner, close to central Fira hub bus station, a supermarket, “downtown” and the archeological museum

OK, so you also pay for the location and view but in this case you do get what you pay for

The spectacular Caldera view from the balcony was definitely the highlight of my stay! I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Santorini. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Fira bus station, restaurants, shopping areas, and common tour pick-up points, so getting around was very easy. It is slightly uphill, but only a short distance, and the stairs to the room are proper steps, so it was quite manageable even with luggage. I travelled solo and felt very safe throughout my stay. Mr. Corrado was very kind and helpful with both check-in and check-out. I arrived a little early and good thing the room was already ready, so he kindly let me check in early and helped me with my luggage. I stayed in Room #1, which was very clean, comfortable and a good size. The kitchen was well equipped with a coffee machine, fridge, kettle, pots, plates, etc. and even basics like oil, salt, pepper, etc. The bedroom was lovely, with a balcony and beautiful view, a very comfortable bed and enough storage. The bathroom was also clean and well equipped. I really appreciated being able to leave my luggage in storage after check-out while I spent a little more time exploring Fira. I genuinely loved my stay and would happily stay here again!
