This place is one of the best apartment for rent that I have ever stayed here in this platform. Everything was great. The location, the space, the cleanliness.. super… water pressure was good, aircon worked very well. There was also the balcony. I would stay here again when I come back to Athens.
This was not a problem for me but maybe for someone. You have to carry your luggage(s) to go up a few steps of stairs at the entrance of the building, but just a few steps, and inside there is a small lift. And do not let the pastel color wall in the apartment ruin your mood. In real, the pastel wall looks better, and I did not find it as problem.

So near the center of city. Staff always available. Very easy free street parking.
The house is on a climbing piece of a road

it had a/c
The place was just so dreary and dark in the kitchen, bathroom and hallways. It was depressing.
