Attico in tipica casa di Siviglia con patio, situato nel quartiere storico e centrale di Santa Cruz, che può ospitare fino a 8 persone. Recentemente ristrutturata, la casa conserva tutto il fascino del quartiere di Santa Cruz, situato nel cuore di Siviglia. Entrando nella casa si accede a un luminoso cortile con cancello in ferro, finestre in legno e pavimento in marmo bianco, pieno di piante e fiori. Questo bellissimo attico con terrazza privata ha anche un soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo e una cucina accogliente. This property is in the heart of Sevilla! Surrounded by Andalusian charm and moments walk from EVERYTHING. Incredible restaurants at your feet (Belmonte is a MUST for the best tapas and … ridiculously affordable compared to tourist traps around it). SO MANY great parks nearby.
The inside is clean and very secure building. Checkin was seemless. AC was great. The patio was AMAZING to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or coffee in the morning with the sound of the cathedral bells nearby.
(As a parent of young children: note there are multiple sets of stairs involved in this property, one is spiral. I believe that IS mentioned in the post. We didn’t have any problems with it as our young children can navigate stairs independently. But just a heads up if you stay here with elderly or crawling infants :) )
We would 100% stay here again. Sevilla is magic and this location is in the heart of it!

Ramón was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment was spotlessly clean with 3 large bedrooms, comfortable beds and shutters on the windows so the rooms were nice and dark.
The location is amazing. It’s right in the old town a short walk from everything and near plenty of amazing restaurants including one in the same building. We loved our stay in Seville and this apartment was clean, reasonably priced and a perfect base to explore from.

Ramón was accessible and responsive to all questions and communication. Location was ideal and we were able to walk to favorite sites. Deck was sun-soaked every day. The master bed was super comfortable. The colors in the home are lovely.

Fabulous two-story apartment in the best part of Sevilla. And an equally terrific host.
My wife and I, our twin 20-year-old daughters, and a girlfriend of theirs spent 3 days and 2 nights in Sevilla. Rather than staying in a hotel, as is our usual lodging strategy, we wanted to a place to call our own this time. Knew we wanted to stay in the Barrio Santa Cruz, and we also needed 3 bedrooms. This turned out to be the perfect apartment -- centrally located (just a brief walk to anywhere we wanted to go), good sized rooms, an amazing upstairs patio all to ourselves, tastefully done rooms, a well-functioning washing machine (which we did need to use - it worked great), and efficient room heaters (December evenings got a bit cold, so needed some heat). And VERY reasonably priced - excellent value for the money.
In addition to the place itself, our host Ramon was fantastic. He was available whenever we needed him, either by phone or in person. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating to all of our needs. Super nice and friendly.
Bottom line: we had a fantastic time in Sevilla, in no small part because of the apartment and our host. Muchisimas gracias, Ramon!

Arriving with a car is tricky, but we eventually figured out you can park the car at a local plaza for a few moments while walking 3 minutes to and from the apt. We were there during a heat wave and the AC upstairs is not strong enough to make the upstairs habitable. The downstairs sleeping areas were cool and lovely.

Great location -- right in the middle of medieval Sevilla, steps from the cathedral, and despite the hustle/bustle of the streets below, it was very quiet inside. Apartment was large and very clean, somewhat oddly configured, but it had all the basics we needed. It could use upgrading -- loose tiles, occasional electricity outages, washing machine that didn't work well at all. It was clearly being treated with the attitude of "it's only a rental," rather than as something that reflected a pride of ownership. But it worked well for us, the property manager was helpful, and the logistics of meeting him to get our keys and instructions all worked well. It wasn't a warm or homey place in the sense of wanting to spend much time there, but it was a good base of operations.

In the super-charming Barrio Santa Cruz, which is an easy stroll to the cathedral, the must-see Alcazar, and anywhere else. Ramon greeted us and was extremely generous with information. There are resources in the apartment for tourists (maps, flyers). You enter the building into an interior enclosed courtyard and walk up one long flight of stairs. The building is charming and full of character, with only 5-6 units, and is very secure. Great to have laundry in-unit, as we stayed over a week. The bed was comfortable for two. There is AC which is helpful. Overall it was well-appointed for an extended stay, with everything you'd need in the kitchen. We purchased small face cloths as there weren't lots of extra towels, but it made for a fun trip to the department store. Thanks, Ramon & Leticia!

Clean, authentic, centrally located, and comfortable
This was a terrific place to stay. The location is right in the center of the old town, near great restaurants and sights. The apartment had great amenities and access to a roof for dinner or wine. The neighborhood is very lively. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Ramon for sharing such a great place.

wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay here in Seville. Ramon met us and had compiled a great list of information (opening/closing times of various sightseeing interests) and recommendations. The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured and very comfortable. It is also incredibly centrally located. We found ourselves frequently stopping into the apartment to take a break, drop things off before venturing out again, etc.. The restaurant right next door to the front entrance is excellent!! The only thing that was a little odd and is easily fixable and not a major issue is that there were no places to hang your bath towels when you are done (we put them on hangers) or to put your shampoo/conditioner/soap in the shower stall. The bed was comfortable, the floors had the original tilework that I fell in love with on this Spain trip. The access to the roof deck was another huge plus. We enjoyed having breakfast there. All in all, a wonderful stay and helpful hosts. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Seville.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Quartier Santa Cruz. Die Kathedrale, die Giralda und der Alcazar sind schnell zu Fuss erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut eingerichtet.
Ramon hat uns viele nützliche Tipps gegeben. Auc hat er uns gut informiert wie wir die Wohnung finden können. Auf Anfragen unsererseits hat er schnell geantwortet.

We stayed here six weeks and were very pleased. The location is terrific, a small street with little traffic, very central in Santa Cruz, walking distance to all major points of interest. Many good restaurants and tapas bars close by.
The apartment is well appointed, clean, and very functional. There is no oven, but surface cooking along with the microwave are very sufficient. Rooftop terrace is great for drying clothes and enjoying a view of the Giralda.
The apartment is very private, quiet, and safe. The new windows are very high tech, even though they look traditional. The southern exposure adds lots of light and some heat from the sun. The modern Heat/AC works well, but might not be sufficient in the hot months.
We contracted cleaning service through Ramon, the manager. Ramon is a terrific agent/manager . . . Very friendly and attentive. If your Spanish is limited, Ramon is quite comfortable with English.
Wifi works well. TV is good. Plenty of hot water. Nice tile floors.
We were very happy there and may return soon again.

We loved staying in this apartment! It's a great size with a separate bedroom,
small living room, separate kitchen and bathroom. The location couldn't be better.
The owners were amazing, and attended to our every need. We can't wait to return.

pasamos 5 cinco maravillosos dias en este apartamento. La situación inmejorable, desde la terraza se contempla la Giralda, un lujazo!!! El apartamento es super acojedor y muy bien equipado. Todo en perfectas condiciones y muy limpio. Leticia, la propietaria es un encanto. Nos dió todo tipo de informacion para que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Cuando volvamos a Sevilla sin duda volveremos a este alojamiento.

Mi esposa y yo, además de los nietos, nos hemos sentido muy cómodos en vuestra casa. Como sugerencia les recomiendo la instalación de perchas de pared en el baño (para toallas, etc..). En general todo lo encontramos correcto y confortable.
