It was perfect. Clean and spacious apartment with comfortable temperature inside (even though it was very warm outside). Amazing garden, which was very big and well maintained. Great swimming pool which was also very clean and good temperature. And lastly, the price was low compared to similar places.

It was a lovely stay. There are 3 houses they rent. We had to smallest one for 2 guests and it was perfect for us. We had a different rhythm than the other parties, so whenever we used the Pool, we had it all to ourselves. You need to have a car to get around. You can do your shopping in Poppi (nice artisanal shops) or in Bibbiena. we have visited Florence, Arezzo and the outlet village on small day trips from there. But there is much more to do. The hospitality is superb. Whenever we had a question the host was available, but we had all the privacy we needed. When we arrived there was a bottle of water and wine waiting for us, that was a nice gesture. Please go there, if you are in the area. The weather should be good so, as we stayed most time outside, there is no "chill out area" in the small house, but the bed and a table with 2 chairs.... I would definitely go back.

I would replace the chairs on the terrace. Felt like they would break soon and they are not super comfy. But this is really a minor thing and only a suggestion, not something which influenced our lovely stay

Perfect place for a vacation ! Small village, very quite, we really enjoyed ! Owner is very kind and helpful with all kind of information
