Breakfast was great and delicious staff were wonderful very polite and hard workers they did a great job nice attitude
Everyone treated us well loved every bit of this hotel want to stay there again the staff were wonderful breakfast was great and loved how we got attended delicious breakfast 😋

Clean and well priced
The tables at the cafe were chipped glass and I suffered and deep cut from on of the edges

Comfy bed. Hot water. Nice to have breakfast included (but it should have been for that price!). The man working at reception the next day was really kind and helpful.
The balcony, which I paid extra for, was a shared balcony out some door that looked like an after thought. This by the way was the only 'window' in the room. The girl was nice at check in but didn't do a great job of checking me in. There were just several little things that made the experience feel sub-par for the cost. Oh, and communication was really slow. Lastly, Booking.com or the Hotel REALLY need to update some things. In the comments there is a note about receiving free transfer after your stay (not true). There is also more than one comment about a pool! This doesn't even exist. So....for all of these reasons I did not feel it was good value.
