Villa Elea Zakynthos Island
La villa a conduzione familiare Elea è circondata da ulivi secolari che integrano l'impressionante tenuta con i suoi lussureggianti dintorni. L'area della piscina con salone ombreggiato da pergole e giardino eccezionale è stata volutamente risparmiata in modo che l'attenzione rimanga sull'ambiente naturale rilassante. Un rifugio in sostanza, questa struttura unica offre un ambiente tranquillo dove è possibile rilassarsi e godersi la natura, nonché i lussi di tutti i giorni che renderanno il vostro soggiorno un'esperienza indimenticabile
La villa è immersa in un pittoresco villaggio tradizionale, circondato da ulivi secolari, chiamato Lithakia. È nelle immediate vicinanze (6-8 minuti in auto e 20-25 minuti a piedi) da spiagge, ristoranti / taverne, negozi e supermercati. L'area in cui troverai tutti questi si chiama Agios Sostis. Dobbiamo ricordare che c'è una spiaggia vergine "non organizzata" chiamata Kaminia a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla proprietà.
Raccomandiamo di aver bisogno di una sorta di trasferimento in automobile. Ecco le tue opzioni: 1) noleggio auto / e (saremo più che felici di prendere accordi per te), assicurati che i conducenti abbiano patenti di guida valide. 2) Chiama un taxi (ti forniremo i numeri di telefono di cui hai bisogno per comodità). 3) noleggia un mini-van (dato che sei più di 5 adulti) e puoi guidarlo, oppure possiamo fornire un autista personale per tutte le tue esigenze di trasferimento giornaliere (a un costo aggiuntivo).

Ioannis and Marla were fabulous hosts. They were extremely attentive and helpful and they know the island extremely well. The first day meeting Ioannis he said “we will be as close or as far as you want us” and they did exactly that. They gave us the space we wanted while providing the help and support we needed. They were able to find us day-of reservations at restaurants that would otherwise tell us they were packed for the night. They also helped us get a scuba diving reservation 12hrs in advance.
In terms of the house, we went in a group of 4 couples (in our late 20s) all from the US and some needing to work from home. The house was perfect for us. The WiFi never had any issues, the pool was great. There are four very similarly sized rooms and 2 bathrooms in the house and an additional bathroom by the pool. Everything was in good condition and we even used the charcoal grill one night. The home was in a good location, peaceful and a good distance from the busy Laganas bar scene but close to good restaurants and the beach. Not only do I highly recommend staying here if you need a peaceful stay but I also recommend asking Ioannis to take you out for a boat charter - it was awesome and in my opinion the best way to see the beautiful beaches the island has to offer. 10/10. A fantastic place to stay and explore Zakynthos. The location is in the middle of the olive groves, which guarantees privacy. The outdoor area is a wonderful place to sit all day. It is equipped with an outdoor kitchen, a number of seating areas and a swimming pool! The landlords will receive you at the airport and will be happy to help you with all your wishes. They can help you find unique restaurants and other points of interest. It is also highly recommended to spend a day on the boat that the landlords offer. They show you special places of Zakynthos and give you a fantastic day.

From the moment we arrived in the island Giannis and Marla meet us at the airport and took us to the villa. The villa is perfect for families well stocked and the backyard area is perfect for entertaining. You can easily tell that owners really take care of the villa as if they were living there which is not always the case with rentals. Throughout our entire stay Giannis and Marla were always available with questions and even sent us an entire guide of things to do around the island. They went above and beyond and even made dinner reservations for us every night since we were a large group. The location is perfect mins away from town but also secluded that makes you feel like you far away from everything. I would highly recommend theirs villa and plan on staying here when we are back to Zante.

We were a group of Italian guys and we had a lot of fun at the Villa! The location is beautiful, very peaceful and the island on Zakynthos is perfect if either you want to have fun or relax with beautiful beaches. The hosts are great and very nice people!
