View, ocean, fireplace outside - amazingly comfortable. Had everything for home away from home.

The alarm system was a bit confusing for us and could maybe do with slightly clearer instructions

I loved the staff. The views and location were breathtaking...this place is a must!
I thought I booked the main house only to find ourselves in the cottage...no prior notification no clarification given. I paid for what I thought was the main house and no one said sorry. I was expected to adjust to the situation after driving from Johannesburg! The worst was my son's room which brought me to tears. No views, a dingy room..cold! The reason i booked the main house was for everyone to enjoy the views, have their own space etc.
If I had been told about the difference I would have not taken the cottage. Yes the cottage is beautiful. But the children's room is awful and I did not want to be in a cottage.
