When I turned the shower head on, the water that came out was brown in colour. This lasted for 5-7 seconds then cleared up. I don't think it was the water itself, just the shower head

Nice, good facility...for the most part. Salt water pool was nice.
Only 1 of 2 Elevators worked. at least 3 times, Staff overran the only remaining one. Had to use the stairs to check out because at least 3 crews blocked the elevator. On another time, laundry took up all the space...the staff looked blankly and told us to wait for the next one ?!?1
We went down for coffee at 9:30 and there was very limited selection..no sausages!!! Came back at 10...Breakfast was supposed to be till 11...but closed at 10

Close to everything. Pool was warm.
Insanely expensive for all it was. Our bedding we weren’t sure if it was fresh because it was VERY wrinkly. We went to the pool and I had asked three times for towels because there was none in there. No one ever came with them. We ended up walking up to the room soaking wet.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms.
So pricey. It wasn’t made clear that they hold back a payment on your card and it took almost a week for the charge to be removed. That should be made clearer at time of booking.

Property was fine. Pool is nice but the patio area was the best part.

Good restaurants were available within short driving distance. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is clean.
Crowded and long wait for elevator as one of the two elevator was out of service during our entire stay. Breakfast was not included despite of room charge of almost $400 per night.Faint smell of body odour in the one of the pillows provided.

I didn't like not being able to get food delivered directly to my room when I ordered on Uber and having to come down each time. But I understand this was for security. Pool access for my key card stops an hour before the pool is supposed to close which didn't make a lot of sense as well.

Housekeeping did not show up even once to our room during our 6 night stay. Had to ask for Fresh Towels by calling the front desk every time.

The bistro are was nice, the fire tables outside were nice.
Afroz - one of the women working at the bistro was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond and was so incredibly polite to everyone who went up to the counter.
