The location was great, there was enough space in the room, they had a great breakfast, the staff was great.

The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor through the door. That left the floor wet or a towel soaking.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was nice to be able to leave our bags in a secure room on the day of our flight. They have a security guard at the entry which was a good thing as there are many people trying to get your money.

The following items were not available in the room but it would have been nice to have them: body wash, bar soap, wash cloth, tissues. The shower is poorly designed. When the door is opened to exit the shower, the water runs onto the bathroom floor. Not all of the USB chargers in the room were working. There was an odor in the bathroom. I think this came from the floor drain, and was easily remedied by pouring water down it. They should have housekeeping do this. We were not able to check in early without a charge. In the US, if a room is ready as a courtesy you can do an early check in no charge.
