I like that we had multiple pool area where we could have enjoyed along with the clean beach area n pool area the staff was very friendly and nice and answered all your questions and concerns.
Room service was poor they took 2 hours to get food to me between the hours of 11-12:29 I couldn’t get anything to eat after the breakfast was crap and room service came after I had gas filled me up if I had knowed I would have taken a taxi to the twn to get something to eat n be back and get hungry again the food was very underrated for me if they had the food right my stay would have been exceptional my fridge was only packed once and dinner 2 nights in a row was at the buffet because I don’t like Italian food which if a resort have 9 restaurants why give us Italian 2 days in a row when others where there to give more experience

The à la carte restaurants are not so good. Long time to get the food, small portions and quality not so great.

I like some of the staffs they were friendly
The food sometime sits salt sometimes it’s fresh and the Italian restaurant gave us cold food . The breakfast menu wasn’t so enticing
