We loved the place and the warm welcoming. The best host ever! Everything was taken care of and thought of - up to the little details, to make us feel home and to make our visit and stay wonderful and unforgettable. It was great. Thank you!

John's vacation home was the perfect choice for our stay in Kavala. The second-floor apartment was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, and the central location made it easy to explore the city. John was a fantastic host, always welcoming us with a smile and even treating us to a free coffee at a nearby café. We felt like we were experiencing the true warmth of Greek hospitality. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay, and we can't wait to return.

This vacation home in the heart of Kavala is a fantastic choice for those looking to explore the city. With plenty of bars and restaurants just a short 2-minute walk away, and Sklavenitis supermarket conveniently located just 50 meters away, the location couldn't be better. What really made our stay special was the amazing host, John. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this vacation home for its location and exceptional hospitality.

the apartment was magnificent! we had the most amazing time here! location could not be any more central to tons of restaurants and shops! taxi stand was directly across the street so truly the best experience! John was an amazing host from beginning to end ! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Kavala

Centrally located, large apartments (we booked two apartments for two families). Nice view from the balcony, good and welcome air conditioning :). John is a great host ready to assist and respond to any question at any time of the day. Thank you for the cold water, juice and wine, most welcome upon arrival! We also enjoyed the morning coffee!
The apartments are perfectly located if you don't want to use the car to go out in the evening. Very close to the old downtown, to very good taverns and to the port. Definitely recommended for a stay in Kavala!
Everything was good. I could mention that the stair is not ideal but hey, a little exercise after eating out is always welcome, especially when you think that the building is almost, if not already, historical.

John is an exceptional host - from the communication prior arrival to every detail concerning your stay! We recommend his place to everyone and we surely will stay there again once we go back to Kavala! Very old but well maintained building in the very center of the town, walking distance to all important spots!

First let me begin with the host, John. He is a super host indeed. Very helpful and responded almost immediately for every request or issue we had. Thank you!
Second, the apartment. It's better in real life than in the pictures. It is very spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need on a holiday. From shampoo to coffee and cereals to Netflix and Spotify.
The apartment is indeed situated in the center of Kavala, with fast access to coffee shops, bakeries, super market, tavernas, souvenir shops etc.
So, if you ever come to Kavala, the Urban flat is the place to stay.
