Location so perfect and central for visiting New York City! Greeted with 2 free drinks and a $25 chip to spend at the hotel bar which was a nice surprise on checking in 👏🏼🇺🇸

The property was beautiful and clean which we really appreciated.

The rooftop bar manager and upstairs host staff were rude and very unfriendly to me and the group I was with. We spent a lot of money on drinks and were treated very poorly.

Não gostei da segurança. A noite teve um homem que estava fora de si e bateu em todas as portas do meu andar. Era duas horas da madrugada. Não sabia se era alguém drogado, ou bêbado ou irado. Estava extremamente descontrolado. Sugestão: colocar câmeras nos andares e avaliar.

The hotel is located just two blocks away from Times Square. There’re bagel’s deli and Chinese restaurant nearby. Three minutes to the subway station on foot. The burger restaurant of the hotel itself provides delicious foods and drinks as well.

The hotel is well maintained and very clean. Stuffs are quite friendly. If I have to say, the only problem might be the noise outside on the streets. There’re police sirens every night. But that’s New York!

The staff was great, the checkin was smooth and they offered welcome drink, credit for food, I didn't expect any of that but was greatly appreciated. The room was clean and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

property was great! customer service is as decent. didn’t get service that I requested. I asked for certain items at front desk, told me they would get someone up shortly, never received items. Coffee maker didn’t worked.

they offer valet parking but it’s literally where you unload the luggage in front of the building and the guy told me to wait in the car until someone moves and he didn’t know how long it was going to take. there were 2 men in front of the building and as I was waiting in the car in front of the building one came up to my car harassing me, it was very scary. I ended up parking in a garage 2 blocks down. the lobby was packed, staff were not welcoming, the seats that are in the lobby are dirty, the room was very small, the showers looked like they were poorly done, the curtains in the room look like they haven’t been changed since they opened, the bed was super uncomfortable, even waiting for the elevator was uncomfortable. for breakfast, online it says 18 dollars buffet style but they charged 25 dollars.

Not much space in small room.

Because of the rooftop bar, so many guests are in the lobby of the hotel, the lobby is not big enough to handle both the hotel guests and guests for the rooftop bar. the check in counter staff are also overwhelmed with number of guests in the area that they could not entertain the hotel guests.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. We used the available valet parking service, which was a bit expensive but worth it. The location was also very convenient being so close to Times Square. Complimentary cocktails were a nice touch.

Unfortunately, there was a problem with the check-in process. We arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled check-in time, just to see if the room was available, which it was not. Front desk staff told us to wait about 15 minutes, which we did, but when I returned to check the status of the room and check-in we were told it wasn't ready, and to wait another 5-10 minutes. This happened a couple times, and each time I went to check-in, I was asked to wait. The front desk staff was clearly stressed, but offered little to reassure us that the room would be ready. In all, I think we had to wait almost 40 minutes for the room to be ready.

No housekeeper for all our stay. One did come by at 4:00 pm as we were getting ready to go out. We asked for towels which were provided. Otherwise none. Trash cans overflowing.
