Nice terrace and view
Bathroom was tiny—there wasn’t even a place to hang a towel. The kitchen was barely usable: the stove and microwave took up most of the counter space, making meal prep difficult. The dining table had outdoor furniture instead of proper chairs. Parking wasn’t directly at the apartment.

The apartment is very small.
The sofa is not clean and has a bad smell.
The bathroom is small.
The location on the Austrian border makes it unsuitable for those moving to Garmisch.
The TV is located behind the balcony door, so if you open the door, it will be destroyed.
This happened to me, and I didn't find out about the damage until after I left the apartment. I received an email from Booking asking for payment of the damage. I paid 200 euros, and I didn't know. Please be careful. Here are pictures of the door and the TV.
