Everything was perfect! Good location, clean, hospitality is top notch!

First of all very friendly host. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Parking right in front of the door. We had all the facilities we needed and more. We were very happy with the homemade rakia. Overall 10/10 Our best stay during our entire holiday in Croatia 🙂 Hvala!

The host greeted me kindly and was very helpful! The apartment was super clean and had everything I could need.

The apartment is located in a very convenient area near the airport and Cavtat. It's well decorated and has all the amenities needed. Very comfortable bed. The owners are very nice and friendly.

Ines and her family provide a comfortable and friendly experience. They can help with transportation to airport and give great tips on where to go and when.

Sofa was a bit stiff but the place is clear, everything worked, location is very convenient and their friendliness is exceptional!

It is situated just by the main road, but the bedroom is quiet. It is far from the sea but there was no problem to go by car (maximum few minutes)

The hosts are very kind, the appartement is airconditioned, very clean and has everything you might need! Cavtat and Dubrovnik are a bus or Uber ride away, and it's only 15 min drive from Dubrovnik Airport, which was ideal for us! Plenty of great places around to explore, we used Uber for all our trips. Our kids particularly loved chilling in the garden with the two turtles :)

Nothing made us unhappy about our stay.

Clean, large rooms, comfortable beds, water in fridge, iron, blow dryer, great wifi, view of the ocean. Was able to get picked up from airport for 15 euros. Very nice and helpful owners. Bakery and restaurant nearby. Close to airport, Quiet, no airplane noise with AC on.

A/C unit was in living room with sofa/futon. Must leave door open between the bedroom and the living room in order for the cold air to reach the bedroom.

Comfy, clean apartment and extremely friendly owners. Deffinitely worth for the money.I recommend it.

Everything was perfect.

The apartment was pretty much perfect, it had everything you might need for even a longer stay! The beds were comfortable, wi-fi fast and stable. We also got a little bottle of homemade liquor and bottles of water as a welcome gift which was a lovely surprise!

The apartment is right next to the road, which can get noisy, but with all windows closed it's not too bad.

Good location near the airport, very clean.

It was exactly what we expected for one night near the airport.

Perfect for short stay before early flight out: Just a 7min drive to DBV airport, Apts Nika has one parking spot right in front of apt front door. Walking distance to Restaurant Tomislav next door if prefer to avoid touristy places down the hill in Cavtat (which btw is a quick drive down the hill from Apts Nika). The "extra bed" in living-room area is super-comfortable, and is at least a Queen size. Unit has a new washing machine (did not use however) and folding indoor drying rack. Ines is a great host and has such a nice extended family.

Perfect stay

Very nice and friendly hosts, they went an extra mile to make our stay the most comfortable one. It was my partner's birthday and the hosts even arranged for a cake before we arrived. Loved every bit of the studio apartment, the new color-coordinated furniture and clean.
