We were welcomed by the lady and than in a bar, whenever we chose to visit, served by a man and his son. All were amazing. Even organized a "cretan night" once, with dancers and it played out great. If we had any questions, they anwsered straight away. The location is near chania, 2nd biggest city and equally far from beaches like Elafonisi, Preveli and Balos, which are all great experiences. Rooms were cleaned DAILY at around 11. -12. Hours. U can eat in the complex, swim in the pool, hit the table tenis, or billiards/pool table. It was all perfect and theres nothing i would really want to change.
The parking, as said in many other comments is perhaps a bit small, but you will always have a place to put your car, so dont worry about that. Just might take a minute or 2 longer to park.
The wifi was annoying, sometimes working, but than often being overloaded because you know... The hotel was full, but thats understandable. If you wanted to google something, u could. It would just take a bit longer to load.
These are the EXTREMELY little things i mightve tweaked a bit, but theres really nothing negative to say about the place. All in all just an amazing experience.

Room was gorgeous! Could see the beach from my balcony! Kitchen had everything I needed, air con was great and very comfy bed. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Maleme is great, and there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel can take you into Chania which runs regularly.

The greek night went on a bit long and was a bit too late.

Perfect stop for us with a really friendly laid back vibe. The accomodation was great,spacious and very comfortable. The beach is a 5 min walk away,tavernas,bars,supermatkets all minutes away.
The food is fabulous here.
Kostas was a fabulius host.

good location and great swimming pool. Parking is also available. Food was normal, nothing special.
cleaning and change of towels wasn't done after 3 days, as they mentioned at the beginning and it was done only at our specific request. Super noisy from the neighbors,

We love the decor of the room, the view, staff were absolutely lovely, amazing music for the bbq night on the Tuesday, they kept our room lovely and clean, gave us what what we needed and couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay in! Also the pool and bar area was great too!

As soon as we got there we had a warm welcome. Petros was very helpful, explaining everything we needed to know. We were surprised when we saw the rooms, because the pictures on booking don't reflect the reality. Our room was amazing, with a big balcony, very clean, and a very big comfortable bed, working AC,TV, WiFi. The restaurant there is also great, it has great food for low prices, plus they offered us deserts and rakie on the house.By the way, the rakie is made by them and it is sooo good 😊. I will definitely recommend the place to my friends. Thank you guys for this nice experience.

Great location, very close to the seaside, pool good for children and adults( one side has 2.7m death), very cosy hotel to rest, perfect size of the premises. You have chance to relax and not to be surrounded by hundreds of people. Very nice Staff. Greek evening with dancers performing- staff encoraged guests to take part in dancing and contests. We stayed in apartament Just above the pool, inside 2 separate rooms with TVs- perfect if you come with kids, kitchen with all you need to make breakfast, fridge, toster etc. Maleme location also great, close to bus stops, tasty tawerns. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel to everyone.
If I need to point something, in the kitchen area it would be good to have some sort of the dryer spot to dry wet washed plates, cups ,etc.

I stayed at the Ledra for some weeks back in 2016, they had just started a refurbishment of the rooms..
So impressed with the standard of the rooms…5 stars total, such comfortable rooms and lovely shower…Costas is still in the house and always goes the extra mile to make your stay perfect… I have recommended the Ledra to friends who are visiting Crete mid July..

The atmosphere was great, rooms clean, pool nice and location good, near the sea, supermarket and the bus stop. Staff was extremely friendly and everything went well. Thanks for the staff and the hotel for making our holiday great! Going to visit here again.

It was a well equiped hotel with a small kitchen to prepare your own food for hikes, etc. Very clean, bright, new, spacious room with good noise isolation and AC.
The pool was clean, big enough and there were many sunbeds to lay on.
Staff was welcoming.
While we were away maids came in and took out rubish and cleaned a little.
That we only stayed there for 2 nights c(;

Nice hotel, close to the beach, with parking space. The staff was ok, the food and drinks were very good. The rooms are spacious and clean.
If you don't want to participate to Greek Evening then the music is pretty loud and you don't have access to the restaurant.

The beach was close, but it îs very rocky, we were with a toddler and went by car every day to another beach (10 minutes driving to Agia Marina). The personal was ok, very kind. The po was great.
Rocky beach, we couldn't go there. The mosquitos were terrible, we didn't had a net s-o every time the door was open, they came in
Our little boy couldn't sleep because of that. All in all, i don't recomend it to families with toddlers. Very isolated area.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and good sized, the pool was inviting. I really love that the hotel is eco-friendly. We were only there for the night, and we came in late, but it would have been lovely to spend more time there. The beach was calm (if rocky)--perfect for children.
The room was advertised as having a sea view, but that was really a stretch. If you were on the front stoop, you could maybe see a bit of the ocean in the distance. But that didn't diminish our stay in the least. The place was lovely.

new, clean and modern apartment
the apartment was great, to make it perfect I would suggest to better equip kitchen, fix WiFi signal and offer tv with an access to Netflix, but those are just small tips for the host

It was our third time in Maleme, our apartment was amazing, very spacious, clean and modern. it was cleaned everyday to the highest standard. the facilities were great, excellent drinks in the bar and it has the kindest and most helpful staff. location is also our favourite with great bars and restaurants at the beach front and the Main Street (better, delicious and cheaper than restaurants in Chania or Platanias). There is also a quick 25 minute bus to Chania every 30 minutes.
