Comfort of the room. Location. Access to washing machine ;-). Unlimited still and sparkling water.

The room was excellent, cozy, and big enough, and it had a very good shower and toilet. The location was extremely good, since it is on a street with expensive boutiques; therefore, at night it is quiet (except on Friday and Saturday, when drunk people are yelling everywhere). We loved the coffee machine on the 1st floor, the sparkling water machine on every floor, and the FREE washing machine, the dryer, and the gym. There was even a shared kitchen and sauna, which we didn't use much.

Excellent location, lovely room and helpful, friendly service
Nothing! It might be nice to have some fruit at the coffee station.
